It was spotlessly clean and comfortable central place, had very good facilities and service. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes.

Perfect and handy location really close to City Centre.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was very comfortable. The downstairs bar was cosy, greatly enjoyed this place👌

Well-kept units with 2 sofa beds for the children and genuinely professional staff.

The rooms with a portable heater, air con, another pillow. Had nice dainties at Wheldrakes, located close to the hotel.

Its breakfast definitely should 've been included in the price.

The stay even with Covid restrictions Good location certainly was good value. Loved that it was 20 minutes' walk from the train station.

We liked spending 3 nights here. Personnel was very attentative. Branded hotel in a very nice area, minutes away from restaurants and pubs. Service in the venue was outstanding too.

I liked that hotel's lobby was tidy. Booked a room with good views. Super location within easy walking distance of a double - height banquet hall. Great service offered in this venue too.

Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely go back. The rooms were absolutely perfect, relaxing hotel, staff was super. Food was lovely with variety of options. True 4-star experience, exceptional service.

I did n't feel like leaving, had a really nice experience and would stay here again. The breakfast was well organized with pastries and cereal, the bed was good. Scenic view of courtyard. It had a bathtub in the good size bathroom.

View was exceptionally good, breakfast was complimentary, and beds were nice. Big unit with a modern decor.

The property was cozy! Remote control and TV set inside the cosy double room were handy. Our kudos go to concierge for the hospitality! There was The Viceroy, max 5 mins walk to, thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

The venue's position was central. Quiet location in York. Morning meal food was excellent
